Accommodation rules

Please keep these simple points in mind to improve the stay for all our guests.
Remember that this is a place of rest and that you will be sharing it with other guests. Following a few rules will help everyone enjoy their stay much more. Please note the following.

- Our accommodation is not intended for parties, bachelor parties, or celebrations that may disturb other guests. If you wish to engage in such activities, you will need to find more suitable accommodation.

- Pets are not allowed. Many of our guests choose us because of this rule, and it is important to strictly comply with it, whether the pet belongs to the guest or to a casual visitor.

- It is important to respect quiet hours, maintaining silence from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.

- Avoid activities that may disturb or harm other guests, such as excessive use of speakers or disruptive behavior. Respect the privacy and personal space of others.

- Use the air conditioning systems responsibly. When they are active, avoid leaving windows and doors open. Use all the energy you need, but do not waste it.

- Use the areas assigned to your accommodation and avoid occupying common areas for long periods of time, allowing other guests to use them when you are finished.

- External visitors are only allowed in exceptional circumstances and provided they do not disturb or disrupt the coexistence with other guests. If you wish to receive an external visitor on the premises, you must consult with our manager and follow the rules we indicate.

- Children under the age of 15 must always be accompanied and supervised, especially when they are on the upper floors, in the pool, or in outdoor areas. This is a uniquely designed accommodation surrounded by nature, where unexpected dangers may arise.

- Avoid leaving trash, cigarette butts, or similar items in common areas. Inside the accommodation, you will find containers for disposing of any type of waste.

- At the end of your stay, turn off the air conditioning systems, close doors and windows, and deposit any waste in the containers located at the entrance to the accommodation.

Thank you for reading the rules and helping us to improve our coexistence.
